Step #1

Initial complimentary consultation with Stephen Rowe about your project needs. The development of a shared vision between your ideas and needs and Stephen’s skilled concept development.

Step #2

Document existing structure, if necessary. Design development refines the vision for your project. Three-dimensional renderings of the building are prepared.

Step #3

Once you have finalized the design for your project and approved the detailed schematics, construction documents will be prepared.

Step #4

Finalization of all construction documents.

Step #5

Durham DNA in association with Plethovalent Architecture will assist you in navigating permitting, tendering, contract administration and project management.

Step #6

Durham DNA in association with Plethovalent Architecture will supervise the project construction.
