This 4 story house for a young couple is located at the corner of Queen & Parliament streets on the site of a former two-car garage. Stephen Rowe developed both the original scheme for the elevations and did the working drawings for the entire project. He redesigned it after a two year con-
struction delay forced a change the cladding materials from the original stone & copper to brick, in order to make the project more economical.
